The case features 4 LED lights which reflect the charging status of the battery in the iPad case, reflecting 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of full capacity. The 2.4W solar panel is claimed to have a life of at least 20 years, and the battery will still be able to retain at least 75% capacity after 500 successive charge and discharge cycles.
